Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions contained in paragraphs 2, 3, 12, 20(1), 21, 22, 23 and 24, is guilty of an offence and is liable, on summary conviction, to a fine.

Each food authority must enforce and execute this Schedule in its area.
