Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. Gweler 'Cwestiynau Cyffredin' am fanylion ynglŷn â'r amserlenni ar gyfer nodi a chofnodi effeithiau newydd ar y safle hwn.
3.—(1) Mae wardiau etholiadol Dinas a Sir Abertawe, fel y maent yn bodoli yn union cyn y diwrnod arferol ar gyfer ethol cynghorwyr yn 2022, wedi eu diddymu.
(2) Mae Dinas a Sir Abertawe wedi ei rhannu’n 32 o wardiau etholiadol a phob un ohonynt yn dwyn yr enw Saesneg a restrir yng ngholofn 1 a’r enw Cymraeg a restrir yng ngholofn 2 o’r Tabl yn yr Atodlen i’r Gorchymyn hwn.
(3) Mae pob ward etholiadol yn cynnwys yr ardaloedd a bennir mewn perthynas â’r ward etholiadol honno yng ngholofn 3 o’r Tabl yn yr Atodlen i’r Gorchymyn hwn.
(4) Nifer aelodau’r cyngor sydd i’w hethol dros bob ward etholiadol yw’r nifer a bennir yng ngholofn 4 o’r Tabl yn yr Atodlen i’r Gorchymyn hwn.
(5) Mae’r darpariaethau yn y Gorchymyn hwn yn cymryd blaenoriaeth dros unrhyw ddarpariaeth wrthdrawiadol mewn unrhyw offeryn statudol blaenorol a wnaed o dan adran 58(2) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972(1).
