5.  In the community of Brackla—

(a) the number of members to be elected for the Brackla West ward is 3;

(b) the number of members to be elected for the Brackla West Central ward is 3;

(c) the number of members to be elected for the Brackla East Central ward is 3;

(d) the number of members to be elected for the Brackla East ward is 3.
