Ar hyn o bryd nid oes unrhyw effeithiau heb eu gweithredu yn hysbys ar gyfer y Gorchymyn Sir Ceredigion (Trefniadau Etholiadol) 2021, Adran 1.
Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. Gweler 'Cwestiynau Cyffredin' am fanylion ynglŷn â'r amserlenni ar gyfer nodi a chofnodi effeithiau newydd ar y safle hwn.
1.—(1) Enw’r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Sir Ceredigion (Trefniadau Etholiadol) 2021.
(2) At unrhyw ddiben a nodir yn rheoliad 4(1) o Reoliadau Newidiadau i Ardaloedd Llywodraeth Leol 1976(1), daw’r Gorchymyn hwn i rym drennydd y diwrnod y’i gwneir.
(3) At bob diben arall, daw’r Gorchymyn hwn i rym ar y diwrnod arferol ar gyfer ethol cynghorwyr yn 2022(2).
(4) Yn y Gorchymyn hwn—
ystyr “ward etholiadol” (“electoral ward”) yw unrhyw ardal yr etholir aelodau drosti i Gyngor Sir Ceredigion;
mae i eiriau ac ymadroddion a ddefnyddir yn y Gorchymyn hwn yr un ystyr ag a roddir iddynt yn Rhan 3 o [F1Ddeddf Comisiwn Democratiaeth a Ffiniau Cymru etc. 2013], ac eithrio i’r graddau yr ymddengys bwriad i’r gwrthwyneb.

Mae Gorchymyn Awdurdodau Lleol (Newid Blynyddoedd Etholiadau Cyffredin) (Cymru) 2019 (O.S. 2019/1269 (Cy. 220)) yn diwygio adran 26(1) o Ddeddf 1972 i ddarparu y bydd etholiadau cyffredin cynghorwyr awdurdodau lleol yn cael eu cynnal yn y flwyddyn 2022 yn hytrach na 2021.
