Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 26M(3), (4) and (5) and 93(6A)1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 19902, make the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 93(3A)3 of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of Senedd Cymru.
