Section 63 (proceedings for questioning validity of other orders, decisions and directions)
| Section 63 applies as if in subsection (3A), for paragraphs (a) and (b) there were substituted—
“(a)in the case of an application relating to an order under regulation 9 of the Listed Buildings (Heritage Partnership Agreements) (Wales) Regulations 2021, the date on which the order is confirmed;
(b)in the case of an application relating to an order under regulation 10 of the Listed Buildings (Heritage Partnership Agreements) (Wales) Regulations 2021, the date on which the order is made;”.
