The title of this Order is the Monmouthshire (Communities) Order 2021.

For any purpose set out in regulation 4(1) of the Regulations, this Order comes into force on 8 November 2021.

For all other purposes, this Order comes into force at 23:59 hours on the day before the ordinary day of election of councillors in 20225.
