Grosmont and Skenfrith — change in community boundary and consequential change to electoral arrangements E+W

109.  The part of the community of Grosmont shown hatched on Map 83—

(a) is transferred to the new community of Skenfrith;

(b) forms the new community ward of Llanvetherine;

(c) forms part of the electoral ward of Llantilio Crossenny.
