227.  The part of the community of Llangattock Vibon Avel shown hatched on Map 151— E+W

(a) is transferred to the community of Skenfrith;

(b) forms part of the new community ward of Skenfrith;

(c) forms part of the electoral ward of Llantilio Crossenny.
