Portskewett and Caerwent — change in community boundaries and consequential change to electoral arrangements E+W

24.  The parts of the community of Portskewett shown hatched on Map 20—

(a) are transferred to the community of Caerwent;

(b) form part of the community ward of Crick;

(c) form part of the electoral ward of Caerwent.
