Caldicot, Portskewett and Rogiet, — changes in community boundaries and consequential change to electoral arrangements

32.  The part of the community of Portskewett shown hatched on Map 27—

(a) is transferred to the community of Caldicot;

(b) forms part of the community ward of Severn;

(c) forms part of the new electoral ward Severn.
