Chepstow, Mathern, and St Arvans— change in community boundaries and consequential changes to electoral arrangements E+W

57.  The part of the community of Mathern shown hatched on Map 46—

(a) is transferred to the community of Chepstow;

(b) forms part of the community ward of Larkfield;

(c) forms part of the new electoral ward of Larkfield and St Kingsmark.
