Device Deployment Protocol	Prior to the deployment of any tidal device or operational hub which will be— surface emergent in the restricted areas or the remainder of the array area have an under keel clearance of less than 8 metres below lowest astronomical tide in the restricted area – UKC 8m have an under keel clearance of less than 20 metres below lowest astronomical tide in the restricted area – UKC 20m
Environmental Mitigation and Monitoring Plan	Prior to each of the following activities— the commencement of any related tidal works the repowering of any related tidal works
Identification of Archaeological Exclusion Zones	Prior to the commencement of any related tidal works
Installation Methodology	Prior to the commencement of any related tidal works where trenching is required for laying of cables
Marine Mammal Mitigation Protocol	Prior to each of the following activities— the commencement of any related tidal works the repowering of any related tidal works decommissioning of any related tidal works
Marine Pollution Contingency Plan	Prior to the commencement of any related tidal works
Updated Navigational Risk Assessment	Prior to each of the following activities— the commencement of any tidal work the repowering of any tidal work the decommissioning of any tidal work
Pollution Prevention and Management Plan	Prior to the commencement of any related tidal works
