Diwygio Rheoliadau Diogelu Iechyd (Cyfyngiadau Coronafeirws) (Rhif 5) (Cymru) 2020
2.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Diogelu Iechyd (Cyfyngiadau Coronafeirws) (Rhif 5) (Cymru) 2020(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 6—
(a)ym mharagraff (4), yn lle “10 niwrnod” rhodder “7 niwrnod”;
(b)ym mharagraff (5), yn lle “10 niwrnod” rhodder “7 niwrnod”.
(3) Yn rheoliad 7—
(a)ym mharagraff (4), yn lle “10 niwrnod” rhodder “7 niwrnod”;
(b)ym mharagraff (5), yn lle “10 niwrnod” rhodder “7 niwrnod”.
(4) Yn rheoliad 10B, o flaen paragraff (1) mewnosoder—
“(A1) Pan fo’n ofynnol i oedolyn beidio ag ymadael â’r man lle y mae’r oedolyn yn byw, neu fod y tu allan iddo, yn unol â rheoliad 6(2) yn union cyn i Reoliadau Diogelu Iechyd (Cyfyngiadau Coronafeirws) (Rhif 5) (Cymru) (Diwygio) (Rhif 26) 2021 ddod i rym, mae diwrnod olaf ynysiad yr oedolyn i’w bennu yn unol â rheoliad 6(4) neu (5) fel y’i diwygir gan y Rheoliadau hynny.
(A2) Pan fo’n ofynnol i blentyn beidio ag ymadael â’r man lle y mae’r plentyn yn byw, neu fod y tu allan iddo, yn unol â rheoliad 7(2) yn union cyn i Reoliadau Diogelu Iechyd (Cyfyngiadau Coronafeirws) (Rhif 5) (Cymru) (Diwygio) (Rhif 26) 2021 ddod i rym, mae diwrnod olaf ynysiad y plentyn i’w bennu yn unol â rheoliad 7(4) neu (5) fel y’i diwygir gan y Rheoliadau hynny.”
(5) Yn rheoliad 16(1), o dan y pennawd “Cam 4”, yn is-baragraff (a)(i), yn lle “sydd wedi cael canlyniad positif am y coronafeirws yn y 10 niwrnod blaenorol” rhodder “y mae’n ofynnol iddo beidio ag ymadael â’r man lle y mae’r person yn byw, neu fod y tu allan iddo, yn rhinwedd rheoliad 6(2) neu 7(2)”.
(6) Yn Atodlen 2, ym mharagraff 4(2)(l)(ii), hepgorer “neu’r un aelwyd estynedig”.
