There is established a body corporate to be known as the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee (“the North Wales CJC”).

The North Wales CJC has the functions—
a
conferred on it by these Regulations, and
b
conferred or imposed on it, or delegated to it, by any other enactment.

Functions conferred on the North Wales CJC by these Regulations are exercisable in relation to its area.
Area4
The North Wales CJC’s area comprises the areas of the constituent councils.
