Mabwysiadu gweithdrefn bleidleisio wahanol

7.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i ofynion y paragraff hwn, caiff CBC y Gogledd fabwysiadu system bleidleisio wahanol mewn perthynas ag unrhyw fater sydd i’w benderfynu ganddo.

(2) Ond ni chaiff CBC y Gogledd fabwysiadu gweithdrefn wahanol mewn perthynas ag unrhyw fater sydd i’w benderfynu o dan—

(a)rheoliad 17, neu

(b)y paragraff hwn.

(3) Mewn perthynas â gweithdrefn a fabwysiedir o dan y paragraff hwn—

(a)rhaid iddi bennu pa rai o blith y materion sydd i’w penderfynu gan CBC y Gogledd y mae’n gymwys iddynt;

(b)ni chaiff addasu effaith paragraff 6(3).

(4) Rhaid i weithdrefn a fabwysiedir o dan y paragraff hwn gael ei mabwysiadu drwy gytundeb unfrydol—

(a)aelodau CBC y Gogledd, a

(b)unrhyw gyfranogwyr cyfetholedig sydd â hawl i bleidleisio ar fabwysiadu’r weithdrefn.

(5) Rhaid i unrhyw weithdrefn bleidleisio wahanol a fabwysiedir o dan y paragraff hwn gael ei nodi yn y rheolau sefydlog.
