Ariannu gofyniad cyllideb
17.—(1) Rhaid i ofyniad cyllideb cyffredinol CBC y De-ddwyrain gael ei dalu i CBC y De-ddwyrain gan y cynghorau cyfansoddol, ac mae’r gyfran o’r swm hwnnw sy’n daladwy gan bob cyngor cyfansoddol i’w phennu drwy gytundeb unfrydol yr aelodau cyngor.
(2) Rhaid i ofyniad cyllideb cynllunio strategol CBC y De-ddwyrain gael ei dalu i CBC y De-ddwyrain gan y cynghorau cyfansoddol ac Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog, ac mae’r gyfran o’r swm hwnnw sy’n daladwy gan bob cyngor cyfansoddol a chan yr Awdurdod i’w phennu drwy gytundeb unfrydol yr aelodau.
(3) Pan na fo’n bosibl dod i gytundeb o ran y cyfrannau sy’n daladwy o dan baragraff (1) neu (2), caiff Gweinidogion Cymru drwy gyfarwyddyd bennu’r gyfran sy’n daladwy gan bob cyngor cyfansoddol neu bob cyngor cyfansoddol ac Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog.
(4) Mae’r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys i ofyniad cyllideb cyffredinol, neu ofyniad cyllideb cynllunio strategol, a ddiwygiwyd o dan baragraff (8) o reoliad 16 fel y mae’n gymwys i ofyniad cyllideb a bennwyd yn wreiddiol o dan y rheoliad hwnnw.
