Aelod Bannau Brycheiniog
8.—(1) Rhaid i Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog (“yr Awdurdod”) benodi deiliad swydd a grybwyllir ym mharagraff (2) yn aelod o CBC y De-ddwyrain (“aelod Bannau Brycheiniog”).
(2) Y deiliaid swyddi sy’n gymwys i fod yn aelod Bannau Brycheiniog yw—
(a)cadeirydd yr Awdurdod,
(b)dirprwy gadeirydd yr Awdurdod, neu
(c)cadeirydd unrhyw bwyllgor sy’n gyfrifol am faterion cynllunio a all gael ei sefydlu gan yr Awdurdod.
(3) Pan fo aelod Bannau Brycheiniog yn anabl i gyflawni ei swyddogaethau am unrhyw gyfnod, rhaid i’r Awdurdod benodi un o’r deiliaid swyddi eraill a grybwyllir ym mharagraff (2) i gyflawni’r swyddogaethau hynny ar ran aelod Bannau Brycheiniog am y cyfnod hwnnw.
