Coming into force

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 5(1), 13(1), 46(1) and 47(1) of the Education (Wales) Act 20141, having consulted such persons as they consider appropriate, make the following Order.

In accordance with section 47(2) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Senedd Cymru and approved by a resolution of Senedd Cymru2.
