Y weithdrefn bleidleisio
6.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraffau (2) a (3) o’r paragraff hwn a pharagraff 7 o’r Atodlen hon, mewn perthynas ag unrhyw fater sydd i’w benderfynu mewn cyfarfod o CBC y De-orllewin—
(a)ni chaiff nifer y cyfranogwyr cyfetholedig sydd â hawl i bleidleisio fod yn fwy na nifer yr aelodau sydd â hawl i bleidleisio,
(b)un bleidlais sydd gan bob person sydd â hawl i bleidleisio,
(c)mae’r mater i’w benderfynu drwy fwyafrif syml, a
(d)os yw nifer y pleidleisiau yn gyfartal nid yw’r mater yn cael ei dderbyn.
(2) Yn achos mater sydd i’w benderfynu o dan—
(a)rheoliad 17, neu
(b)paragraff 7 o’r Atodlen hon,
nid yw is-baragraff (1)(c) a (d) yn gymwys.
(3) Pan fo’r mater sydd i’w benderfynu yn ymwneud â swyddogaethau cynllunio strategol, nid yw is-baragraff 1(d) yn gymwys a’r cadeirydd (neu’r is-gadeirydd os yw’n cadeirio) sydd â’r bleidlais fwrw.
