Title, commencement and interpretation E+W

1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Decisions, Documents and Meetings) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 May 2021.

(3) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Decisions, Documents and Meetings) (Wales) Regulations 2001(1).
