The title of these Regulations is the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (Wales) Regulations 2021.

These Regulations come into force on 10 September 2021.

These Regulations apply to Wales except paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 which applies to both England and Wales.
