Amendments to the Education (Student Support) (Wales) Regulations 2018147.
In Schedule 4, in paragraph 12A (persons who cease to have stateless leave)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (1)(a), for “a category 2A eligible postgraduate student” substitute “an eligible postgraduate student by reason of being a person with stateless leave”;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (1)(b)(ii), for “a category 2A eligible postgraduate student” substitute “an eligible postgraduate student”.
