(c)omit paragraph (c);
(d)for paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d)the student becomes a family member described in paragraph 10A(1)(a), 10B(1)(a), 10C(1)(a) or 10D(1)(a) of Schedule 1;”;
(e)in paragraph (e), for “3(a)” substitute “3(1)(a)”;
