Provisions coming into force on 7 January 2021
2. The appointed date for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Planning (Wales) Act 2015, so far as those provisions are not already in force is 7 January 2021—
(a)sections 5 and 6,
(b)Schedule 1, paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9, and
(c)Schedule 2, paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10(1) to (6), 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 30, 31, 32 and 34(2) and (3)(b).
