The Water Resources (Control of Pollution) (Silage and Slurry) (Wales) Regulations 201012 are revoked as follows—
a
in relation to a holding or part of a holding that was situated in a nitrate vulnerable zone as shown on the relevant map marked “Nitrate Vulnerable Zones Index Map 2013”13, on 1 April 2021;
b
in relation to all other holdings—
i
regulations 3 and 9 on 1 April 2021
ii
all remaining provisions on 1 August 2024.
