Changes to Legislation

Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. 48.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dŵr (Rheoli Llygredd) (Silwair a Slyri) (Cymru) 2010(1) wedi eu dirymu fel a ganlyn—

(a)mewn perthynas â daliad neu ran o ddaliad a oedd wedi ei leoli neu wedi ei lleoli mewn parth perygl nitradau fel a ddangosir ar y map perthnasol o’r enw “Parthau Perygl Nitradau Map Mynegai 2013”(2), ar 1 Ebrill 2021;

(b)mewn perthynas â phob daliad arall—

(i)rheoliadau 3 a 9 ar 1 Ebrill 2021;

(ii)pob darpariaeth sy’n weddill ar 1 Awst 2024.

(2) Mae’r canlynol wedi eu dirymu—

(a)Rheoliadau Atal Llygredd Nitradau (Cymru) 2013;

(b)Rheoliadau Atal Llygredd Nitradau (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2015(3);

(c)Rheoliadau Atal Llygredd Nitradau (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2019(4).

49.—(1) Yn Rheoliadau Trwyddedu Amgylcheddol (Cymru a Lloegr) 2016(5), yn Atodlen 2, ym mharagraff 17(b), yn lle “the Nitrate Pollution Prevention (Wales) Regulations 2013” rhodder “the Water Resources (Control of Agricultural Pollution) (Wales) Regulations 2021”.

(2) Yn Rheoliadau’r Amgylchedd Dŵr (Y Gyfarwyddeb Fframwaith Dŵr) (Cymru a Lloegr) 2017(6), yn Rhan 2 o Atodlen 2—

(a)yn lle paragraff 21 rhodder—

“21.  The Water Resources (Control of Agricultural Pollution) (Wales) Regulations 2021.”;

(b)yn lle paragraff 24 rhodder—

“24.  The Water Resources (Control of Agricultural Pollution) (Wales) Regulations 2021.”

(3) Yn Rheoliadau Cadwraeth Cynefinoedd a Rhywogaethau (Cymru a Lloegr) 2017(7), yn rheoliad 104, hepgorer paragraff (1)(b) a’r “neu” o’i flaen.
