Ar hyn o bryd nid oes unrhyw effeithiau heb eu gweithredu yn hysbys ar gyfer y Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dŵr (Rheoli Llygredd Amaethyddol) (Cymru) 2021, Adran 11.

Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. 11.—(1) Rhaid i feddiannydd daliad sy’n taenu tail organig ar y daliad hwnnw gynnal map o’r daliad (“map risg”) yn unol â’r rheoliad hwn.
(2) Os bydd amgylchiadau’n newid, rhaid i’r meddiannydd ddiweddaru’r map risg o fewn tri mis i’r newid.
(3) Rhaid i’r map risg ddangos—
(a)pob cae, ynghyd â’i arwynebedd mewn hectarau,
(b)yr holl ddyfroedd wyneb,
(c)unrhyw dyllau turio, ffynhonnau neu bydewau sydd ar y daliad neu sydd o fewn 50 metr i ffin y daliad,
(d)y rhannau â phriddoedd tywodlyd neu denau,
(e)tir sydd ar oleddf o fwy na 12°,
(f)tir sydd o fewn 10 metr i ddyfroedd wyneb,
(g)tir sydd o fewn 50 metr i dwll turio, ffynnon neu bydew,
(h)draeniau tir (ac eithrio pibell anhydraidd sydd wedi ei selio);
(i)safleoedd sy’n addas ar gyfer tomenni dros dro mewn caeau os bwriedir defnyddio’r dull hwn o storio tail, a
(j)tir y mae’r risg o oferu drosto yn isel (mae hyn yn ddewisol i feddiannydd nad yw’n bwriadu taenu tail ar dir y mae’r risg o oferu drosto yn isel yn ystod y cyfnod storio yn unol â rheoliad 29).
(4) Os yw meddiannydd yn taenu tail organig drwy ddefnyddio cyfarpar taenu manwl hyd at 6 metr oddi wrth ddŵr wyneb fel y caniateir gan reoliad 14(1), rhaid i’r map risg nodi’r tir sydd o fewn 6 metr i ddyfroedd wyneb.
(5) Rhaid i’r meddiannydd gadw copi o’r map risg.
