16.—(1) Rhaid i unrhyw berson sy’n dodi tail organig ar wyneb pridd moel neu sofl (ac eithrio pridd sydd wedi ei hau) sicrhau y corfforir y tail yn y pridd yn unol â’r rheoliad hwn.
(2) Rhaid corffori tail dofednod cyn gynted ag y bo’n ymarferol, ac o fewn 24 awr fan hwyraf.
(3) Rhaid corffori slyri a hylif slwtsh carthion treuliedig (hynny yw, hylif sy’n dod o drin slwtsh carthion drwy dreulio anerobig) cyn gynted ag y bo’n ymarferol, ac o fewn 24 awr fan hwyraf, oni ddodwyd y slyri a’r hylif gan ddefnyddio cyfarpar o fath a ddisgrifir yn rheoliad 14(4).
(4) Rhaid corffori unrhyw dail organig arall (ac eithrio tail organig a daenir fel tomwellt ar bridd tywodlyd) yn y pridd cyn gynted ag y bo’n ymarferol, ac o fewn 24 awr fan hwyraf, os yw’r tir o fewn 50 metr i ddŵr wyneb ac yn goleddfu mewn modd a allai achosi goferu i’r dŵr hwnnw.
