2. Mewn daliad neu ran o ddaliad nad oedd gynt wedi ei leoli neu wedi ei lleoli o fewn parth perygl nitradau fel a ddangosir ar y map perthnasol o’r enw “Parthau Perygl Nitradau Map Mynegai 2013”(1)—
(a)nid yw rheoliadau 4 i 11, 15, 23, 27 a 33 i 43 yn gymwys hyd nes 1 Ionawr 2023, ac
(b)nid yw rheoliadau 17 i 21, 25 a 26, a 28 i 31 yn gymwys hyd nes 1 Awst 2024.

O dan reoliad 7(3) o Reoliadau Atal Llygredd Nitradau (O.S. 2013/2506) (Cy. 245) yr oedd yn ofynnol i fap o’r fath gael ei adneuo yn swyddfeydd Llywodraeth Cymru ym Mharc Cathays, Caerdydd, CF10 3NQ.
