Subject to paragraph (2), a person having custody or control of slurry must have a slurry storage system that satisfies the requirements of Schedule 6 and the slurry must be stored in that system.

Paragraph (1) does not apply to slurry while it is stored temporarily in a tanker that is used for transporting slurry on roads or about a farm.
