Safleoedd dros dro mewn caeauLL+C
27.—(1) Ni chaiff safle dros dro mewn cae bod—
(a)mewn cae sy’n agored i lifogydd neu fynd yn ddyfrlawn,
(b)o fewn 50 metr i dwll turio, ffynnon neu bydew neu o fewn 10 metr i ddŵr wyneb neu ddraen tir (ac eithrio pibell anhydraidd sydd wedi ei selio),
(c)mewn unrhyw un lleoliad am fwy na 12 mis yn olynol, neu
(d)yn yr un man ag un cynharach a adeiladwyd o fewn y ddwy flynedd diwethaf.
(2) Rhaid i unrhyw dail dofednod solet, nad oes sarn yn gymysg ag ef ac sy’n cael ei storio ar safle dros dro mewn cae, gael ei orchuddio â deunydd anhydraidd.
(3) Yn ychwanegol—
(a)ni chaniateir symud uwchbridd o’r tir lle y bwriedir adeiladu safle dros dro mewn cae,
(b)ni chaiff safle dros dro mewn cae bod o fewn 30 metr i gwrs dŵr ar dir y nodir ar y map risg fod ei oleddf yn fwy na 12°, ac
(c)rhaid cadw arwyneb unrhyw safle dros dro mewn cae mor fach ag y bo’n rhesymol ymarferol, er mwyn lleihau effeithiau trwytholchi gan ddŵr glaw.
