29.—(1) Rhaid i feddiannydd daliad sy’n cadw unrhyw un o’r anifeiliaid a bennir yn Atodlen 1 ddarparu digon o ofod i storio’r holl slyri a gynhyrchir ar y daliad yn ystod y cyfnod storio, a’r holl dail dofednod a gynhyrchir mewn buarth neu adeilad ar y daliad yn ystod y cyfnod storio.
(2) Rhaid cyfrifo cyfaint y tail a gynhyrchir gan yr anifeiliaid ar y daliad yn unol ag Atodlen 1.
(3) Rhaid bod gan storfa slyri y gofod i storio, yn ychwanegol at y tail, unrhyw ddŵr glaw, golchion neu hylif arall sy’n dod i mewn i’r llestr (naill ai’n uniongyrchol neu’n anuniongyrchol) yn ystod y cyfnod storio.
(4) Nid yw cyfleusterau storio’n angenrheidiol ar gyfer slyri na thail dofednod—
(a)a anfonir oddi ar y daliad, neu
(b)a daenir ar dir y mae’r risg o oferu drosto yn isel (ar yr amod bod hyn yn cael ei wneud yn unol â’r cyfyngiadau ar daenu yn y Rheoliadau hyn); ond yn yr achos hwn rhaid darparu cyfleusterau storio ar gyfer gwerth wythnos ychwanegol o dail fel mesur wrth gefn pe na bai’n bosibl taenu ar rai dyddiadau.
(5) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn y “cyfnod storio” (mae pob dyddiad yn gynwysedig) yw—
(a)y cyfnod rhwng 1 Hydref ac 1 Ebrill ar gyfer moch a dofednod;
(b)y cyfnod rhwng 1 Hydref ac 1 Mawrth ym mhob achos arall.
