Newidiadau i ddeddfwriaeth:
Mae newidiadau yn dal heb eu gwneud i Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dŵr (Rheoli Llygredd Amaethyddol) (Cymru) 2021. Mae unrhyw newidiadau sydd wedi cael eu gwneud yn barod gan y tîm yn ymddangos yn y cynnwys a chyfeirir atynt gydag anodiadau.
Changes to Legislation
Nid yw newidiadau ac effeithiau sydd eto i'w gwneud gan y tîm golygyddol ond yn berthnasol wrth edrych ar y fersiwn ddiweddaraf neu fersiwn ragolygol o ddeddfwriaeth. Felly, nid oes modd eu gweld wrth edrych ar ddeddfwriaeth fel y mae ar bwynt penodol mewn amser. Er mwyn gweld yr wybodaeth 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth' ar gyfer y ddarpariaeth hon ewch yn ôl i'r fersiwn ddiweddaraf gan ddefnyddio'r opsiynau yn y blwch 'Pa Fersiwn' uchod.
Apelau yn erbyn hysbysiadau rheoliad 30LL+C
31.—(1) Caiff person y cyflwynwyd iddo hysbysiad rheoliad 30, o fewn cyfnod o 28 niwrnod sy’n dechrau drannoeth y dyddiad y cyflwynwyd yr hysbysiad iddo (neu unrhyw gyfnod hwy a ganiateir gan Weinidogion Cymru), apelio i Weinidogion Cymru yn erbyn yr hysbysiad.
(2) Rhaid i apêl o dan y rheoliad hwn gael ei gwneud drwy i’r apelydd gyflwyno hysbysiad i Weinidogion Cymru.
(3) Rhaid i’r hysbysiad gynnwys datganiad o sail yr apêl neu rhaid i ddatganiad o’r fath ddod gydag ef.
(4) Cyn penderfynu ar apêl o dan y rheoliad hwn, rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru, os gofyn yr apelydd neu CANC iddynt wneud hynny, roi cyfle i’r apelydd neu CANC ymddangos ger eu bron a chael gwrandawiad gan berson a benodwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru at y diben hwnnw.
(5) Wrth benderfynu ar apêl o dan y rheoliad hwn, caiff Gweinidogion Cymru gyfarwyddo CANC—
(a)i dynnu’r hysbysiad rheoliad 30 yn ei ôl,
(b)i addasu unrhyw un neu ragor o’i ofynion,
(c)i estyn y cyfnod i gydymffurfio ag unrhyw ofyniad, neu
(d)i wrthod yr apêl.
(6) Estynnir y cyfnod i gydymffurfio â hysbysiad rheoliad 30 y gwnaed apêl yn ei erbyn, yn ddarostyngedig i unrhyw gyfarwyddyd o dan baragraff (5), fel ei fod yn dod i ben ar y dyddiad pan fydd Gweinidogion Cymru’n penderfynu’n derfynol ar yr apêl neu, os tynnir yr apêl yn ei hôl, ar ddyddiad ei thynnu’n ôl.
