10.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraff (3), os oes pibell ddraenio wedi ei gosod yn y tanc storio slyri neu yn unrhyw danc elifiant neu bydew derbyn, rhaid bod dwy falf mewn cyfres ar y bibell a bod pellter o 1 metr o leiaf rhwng un falf a’r llall.
(2) Rhaid i bob falf allu cau llif y slyri drwy’r bibell a rhaid eu cadw wedi eu cau ac wedi eu cloi yn y safle hwnnw pan nad ydynt yn cael eu defnyddio.
(3) Nid yw is-baragraff (1) yn gymwys mewn perthynas â thanc storio slyri sy’n draenio drwy’r bibell i danc storio slyri arall os yw’r tanc arall yn dal yr un faint neu fwy neu os yw topiau’r tanciau ar yr un lefel â’i gilydd.
