2.—(1) The Schedule to the New School (Admissions) (Wales) Regulations 2006(1) is amended as follows.
(2) After sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph 1, insert—
“(ba)section 48(1) to (5) of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018(2);”.
