Consequential revocations7
In consequence of amendments made to the Education Act 199613 by the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018, the following are revoked in relation to Wales—

the Education (Special Educational Needs) (Approval of Independent Schools) Regulations 199414;
b
the Education (Special Schools) Regulations 199415;
c
the Education (Special Educational Needs) (Approval of Independent Schools) (Amendment) Regulations 199816;
d
the Education (Hazardous Equipment in Schools) (Removal of Restrictions on Use) (Wales) Regulations 201717.
