Provisions coming into force on 13 December 2022
2. The following provisions of the Agriculture Act 2020 come into force on 13 December 2022—
(a)Part 4 of Schedule 7 (The CMO Regulation: consequential amendments), and
(b)section 52 (consequential amendments), so far as relating to that Part.
