The Welsh Ministers are satisfied that a mistake has occurred in the preparation of the County Borough of Wrexham (Electoral Arrangements) Order 20211 made under section 37(1) of the Local Government (Democracy) (Wales) Act 20132 (“the 2013 Act”).
The Welsh Ministers consider it necessary to rectify that mistake and make the following Order in exercise of their power conferred by section 43(10) of the 2013 Act.
