Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 23(1), 112, 131 and 256(1) of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 20161.

In accordance with section 23(2) of that Act, the Welsh Ministers have consulted with such persons as appear to them to be appropriate.
