Rhestr eiddo

6.—(1) Rhaid i’r landlord ddarparu i ddeiliad y contract restr eiddo mewn perthynas â’r annedd yn ddim hwyrach na’r dyddiad erbyn pryd y mae rhaid i’r landlord ddarparu’r datganiad ysgrifenedig o’r contract safonol â chymorth i ddeiliad y contract yn unol ag adran 31 (datganiad ysgrifenedig) o’r Ddeddf.

(2) Rhaid i’r rhestr eiddo nodi cynnwys yr annedd, gan gynnwys yr holl osodiadau a ffitiadau, a rhaid iddi ddisgrifio eu cyflwr fel yr oedd ar y dyddiad meddiannu.

(3) Os bydd deiliad y contract yn anghytuno â’r wybodaeth yn y rhestr eiddo, caiff deiliad y contract ddarparu sylwadau i’r landlord.

(4) Pan na fo’r landlord yn cael sylwadau o fewn 14 o ddiwrnodau, bernir bod y rhestr eiddo yn gywir.

(5) Pan fo’r landlord yn cael sylwadau o fewn 14 o ddiwrnodau, rhaid i’r landlord naill ai—

(a)diwygio’r rhestr eiddo yn unol â’r sylwadau hynny ac anfon y rhestr eiddo ddiwygiedig at ddeiliad y contract, neu

(b)hysbysu deiliad y contract na chytunir â’r sylwadau, ac ailanfon y rhestr eiddo wreiddiol at ddeiliad y contract, gyda’r sylwadau wedi eu hatodi, neu

(c)diwygio’r rhestr eiddo yn unol â rhai o’r sylwadau hynny ac anfon y rhestr eiddo ddiwygiedig at ddeiliad y contract, ynghyd â chofnod o’r sylwadau nas cytunwyd.
