(Nid yw’r nodyn hwn yn rhan o’r Rheoliadau)
Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn rhagnodi ffurf hysbysiadau penodol a dogfennau eraill y mae’n ofynnol neu yr awdurdodir eu rhoi neu eu gwneud gan Ddeddf Rhentu Cartrefi (Cymru) 22016 (dccc 1) neu oherwydd y Ddeddf honno.
Mae rheoliad 3(1) yn cyflwyno’r rheoliadau a’r Atodlen sy’n nodi ffurf yr hysbysiadau a’r dogfennau eraill a ragnodir gan y Rheoliadau hyn. Mae rheoliad 3(2) yn darparu bod hysbysiad neu ddogfen arall sydd ar ffurf sydd ag effaith sylweddol debyg yn ddilys.
Mae rheoliadau 4 i 41 yn rhagnodi ffurf pob hysbysiad penodedig neu ddogfen arall benodedig.
Ystyriwyd Cod Ymarfer Gweinidogion Cymru ar gynnal Asesiadau Effaith Rheoleiddiol mewn perthynas â’r Rheoliadau hyn. O ganlyniad, lluniwyd asesiad effaith rheoleiddiol o’r costau a’r manteision sy’n debygol o ddeillio o gydymffurfio â’r Rheoliadau hyn. Gellir cael copi oddi wrth: Yr Adran Dai, Llywodraeth Cymru, Parc Busnes Rhyd-y-car, Merthyr Tudful, CF48 1UZ.
