A veterinary inspector must not license a movement to a place in the territory for which another administration within the British Islands is responsible unless the movement is authorised by the appropriate minister for that administration.

In this article, “officially registered rare breeds of poultry or other captive birds” means any poultry or other captive birds that have been officially recognised on the “UK breeds at risk” list published on 20 December 20214.
