The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on the National Assembly for Wales by section 17(4) of the Crime and Disorder Act 19981, and now vested in them2, make the following Order.
A draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, Senedd Cymru in accordance with section 114(3)3 of that Act.
