Title, extent, application and commencement
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2022.
(2) These Regulations—
(a)extend to England and Wales;
(b)apply in relation to Wales;
(c)come into force on 20 May 2022.
