Dirymiadau

4.  Mae’r offerynnau a ganlyn wedi eu dirymu—

(a)Penderfyniad y Comisiwn (EC) 2009/813 sy’n awdurdodi rhoi ar y farchnad gynhyrchion sy’n cynnwys indrawn a addaswyd yn enetig MON 89034 (MON-89Ø34-3) neu sydd wedi eu cyfansoddi neu eu cynhyrchu o’r indrawn hwnnw(1);

(b)Penderfyniad y Comisiwn (EC) 2009/814 sy’n awdurdodi rhoi ar y farchnad gynhyrchion sy’n cynnwys indrawn a addaswyd yn enetig MON 88017 (MON-88Ø17-3) neu sydd wedi eu cyfansoddi neu eu cynhyrchu o’r indrawn hwnnw(2);

(c)Penderfyniad y Comisiwn (EC) 2009/866 sy’n awdurdodi rhoi ar y farchnad gynhyrchion sy’n cynnwys indrawn a addaswyd yn enetig MIR604 (SYN-IR6Ø4-5) neu sydd wedi eu cyfansoddi neu eu cynhyrchu o’r indrawn hwnnw(3);

(d)Penderfyniad y Comisiwn (EU) 2010/419 sy’n adnewyddu’r awdurdodiad i barhau i farchnata cynhyrchion sy’n cynnwys indrawn a addaswyd yn enetig Bt11 (SYN-BTØ11-1) neu sydd wedi eu cyfansoddi neu eu cynhyrchu o’r indrawn hwnnw, sy’n awdurdodi bwyd a chynhwysion bwyd sy’n cynnwys indrawn Bt11 (SYN-BTØ11-1)(4);

(e)Penderfyniad Gweithredu’r Comisiwn (EU) 2018/1111 sy’n awdurdodi rhoi ar y farchnad gynhyrchion sy’n cynnwys indrawn a addaswyd yn enetig MON 87427 × MON 89034 × NK603 (MON-87427-7 × MON-89Ø34-3 × MON-ØØ6Ø3-6) neu sydd wedi eu cyfansoddi neu eu cynhyrchu o’r indrawn hwnnw ac indrawn a addaswyd yn enetig sy’n cyfuno dau o’r digwyddiadau MON 87427, MON 89034 ac NK603(5).
