Coming into force

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers in sections 29(3) and (5)1, 408(1)2, 537(1), (4) and (7)3, 537A(1), (2) and (3)4 and 569(4)5 of, and paragraph 3 of Schedule 16 to, the Education Act 19967, in section 108(2)(b)(iii) and (3)(c)8, and in section 210(7)9 of the Education Act 200210, make the following Regulations.

The Welsh Ministers in accordance with section 408(5) of the Education Act 1996 have consulted such persons as appeared to the Welsh Ministers to be desirable.
