The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 126A(2)(a) and (3) of the Government of Wales Act 20061, make the following Order.
In accordance with section 126A(6) of that Act, the Welsh Ministers have consulted with the Treasury before making this Order.
