Rheoliadau Cynllunio Gofal, Lleoli ac Adolygu Achosion (Cymru) 2015
11.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Cynllunio Gofal, Lleoli ac Adolygu Achosion (Cymru) 2015(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Mae’r diwygiadau hyn yn cael effaith mewn cysylltiad â disgyblion sydd—
(a)ar 1 Medi 2025 ym mlwyddyn 10 mewn ysgol a gynhelir;
(b)ar 1 Medi 2026 ym mlwyddyn 11 mewn ysgol a gynhelir.
(3) Yn rheoliad 2(1), yn y lleoedd priodol mewnosoder—
“ystyr “blwyddyn 10” (“year 10”) yw’r grŵp blwyddyn y mae’r rhan fwyaf o’r disgyblion yn cyrraedd 15 oed ynddo;”;
“ystyr “blwyddyn 11” (“year 11”) yw’r grŵp blwyddyn y mae’r rhan fwyaf o’r disgyblion yn cyrraedd 16 oed ynddo;”;
“ystyr “grŵp blwyddyn” (“year group”) yw grŵp o ddisgyblion mewn ysgol y bydd y rhan fwyaf ohonynt, mewn blwyddyn ysgol benodol, yn cyrraedd yr un oedran;”.
(4) Yn rheoliad 11(1), yn lle “yng nghyfnod allweddol pedwar” rhodder “ym mlwyddyn 10 neu flwyddyn 11”.
