Gweithiwr Datblygu Amaethyddol Gradd A
5. Rhaid i weithiwr amaethyddol—
(a)sydd â llai na 3 blynedd o brofiad ymarferol sy’n berthnasol i’w rôl mewn amaethyddiaeth; a
(b)na all ddarparu tystiolaeth ddogfennol i gyflogwr fod y prif gymhwyster neu gymwysterau sy’n ofynnol ar gyfer prentisiaeth lefel 2 sy’n berthnasol i’w rôl mewn amaethyddiaeth wedi eu dyfarnu iddo yn unol â’r fframwaith prentisiaethau, neu ei fod wedi bodloni gofynion prentisiaeth lefel 2 neu brentisiaeth gyfatebol, o’r tu allan i Gymru, fel y pennir yn Atodlen 4, sy’n berthnasol i’w rôl mewn amaethyddiaeth,
